Our Mission - To train everyday superheroes!
With Tremplins SAP en QPV, our goal is simple:
Train people from disadvantaged neighborhoods to become pros in the field of personal services! Whether helping the elderly, maintaining homes or providing essential support, our participants acquire solid skills that enable them to become everyday superheroes!
How it works ?
SAP springboards in 3 easy steps!
1. Short, practical training
A 2-week training course (70 hours) in the human services professions, with instruction in technical skills and the basics of individual entrepreneurship and business start-up.
2. Supervised immersion and practice
150 hours of immersion in the professional world with personalized support. Each participant is monitored and receives feedback.
3. Depending on their aspirations, each participant can choose to become an employee or set up a self-employed business in their neighborhood.
A close-knit team for an uninterrupted journey!
Right from the recruitment stage, a team dynamic is put in place to support candidates throughout their career. This solidarity between participants, trainers and local partners (social landlords, associations) helps to reduce drop-outs and create a motivating environment.
What's more, our training courses are offered directly in local neighborhoods, to remove mobility barriers. We facilitate access to employment without candidates having to leave their neighborhoods.
